Marc Elvinger (1960) is a lawyer and a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1985.
He has held the offices of chairman of the Young Bar Association of Luxembourg and member of the Bar Council.
Marc has been active in the field of overseas cooperation within several NGOs since the early 1980s. In that context, he has been a member of the board and chairman of the platform of Luxembourg NGDOs and its representative on the NGDO Liaison Committee with the European Commission.
He has also been a member of the board of the Foundation of Grand-Duke Henri et Grande-Duchesse Maria Teresa.
He is the acting chairman of Friendship Luxembourg, a social purpose organization providing financial and technical support to Friendship, a social purpose organization founded and operating in Bangladesh since 2002 in Health, Education, Sustainable Economic Development, Climate Adaptation, Disaster Preparedness as well as Cultural Preservation.
